"Took much longer than I expected"
I ordered thinking it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than that. The lack of clear updates made it even more frustrating because I had no idea what was going on. the whole experience didn’t match what I expected, and I’m not sure I’d order from here again...

I do like the clothes and the quality seems decent overall, but I’ve started to feel a little unsure about whether the prices really match what you’re getting. I picked up a few pieces on sale that I’m happy with, but paying full price would make me hesitate now. I’d probably shop here again if there’s a good discount, though I don’t feel as confident about the value as I used to.

"Shipping took forever and tracking was useless"
I ordered and then it was basically just this weird waiting game, like okay… where is it? The tracking link barely updated for days, so I had no clue if my package had even moved or was just sitting somewhere. It was frustrating because I kept checking and there was just nothing new. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

I wouldn’t buy it again, honestly. The item I received just didn’t feel worth the price. The fabric wasn’t very nice to the touch, and the stitching looked a bit messy in places. I was expecting better quality, so I’m disappointed.

I ordered a dress and a top from Mossman, although I can’t remember if I grabbed them at the same time or a few days apart because the delivery timeline got a bit muddled in my head. Either way, the cuts are really nice and both pieces fit well, so I was happy with the overall look.
The fabric was where it felt a bit hit and miss for me. One piece was soft and felt decent, but the other seemed thinner than I expected from the photos online. I’ll still wear them, just not totally sure they felt amazing for the price, and next time I’d probably double-check the material details before ordering.

"Returning it has been such a headache"
I sent my return back weeks ago. Like, boxed it up, shipped it out, everything. And now… nothing. No refund, no real update, just vague replies if I even get one. I wasn’t expecting it to be instant, but this is dragging on way too long.

Yeah, the sizing was just not right for me. I ordered what I usually wear, and somehow it fit weird, too off in some spots, and I didn’t even feel like dealing with it. The material seemed okay, I guess, but the fit kind of ruined it

I’ve liked Mossman for a while, which is why this was disappointing. I reached out a few times about my order and it took way longer than I expected to hear anything back.
When they finally replied, it felt a bit rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I still want to like the brand because I’ve had good experiences before, but the customer service this time was frustrating

I feel like every time I check, it’s never in stock. At this point I pretty much expect it to be unavailable, and sure enough, whenever I look, that’s exactly what I see.

The packaging looked really nice overall, and it reminded me of how my sister likes to wrap gifts neatly. The only small issue was that the box had a slight dent on one corner, but nothing too serious.

"Frustrating to Shop on My Phone"
I tried shopping on the website from my phone, but it was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept clearing themselves, and the checkout process felt awkward enough that I started worrying I might make a mistake or miss something important. I’m usually careful when buying online, so if a site feels clunky or unreliable, I’d rather not take the chance. I ended up giving up before placing an order.
